Really cool and great guy but too green still.
Nice guy and all, well dressed, very articulate and calm demeanour. However, for the amount spent ($10k)compared to the supposed support savings ($900 to date) , had to shake my head on several occasions. Saved me $100 a month on what I would have normally had to pay , and yet I was stuck doing all the driving to and from pick ups and drop offs. In the end (and still) I was driving over 1600km a month (400km each weekend to and from) plus fuel costs , legal costs, baby mama drama. Was forced to sign a one sided parental agreement because he was too nice of a Lawyer and did not want to stoop to the other guys level, and forgot to advise me that having my child in my care the day of the four way meeting would have been beneficial to my cause. Instead I returned the child to the other parent that day because she had not seen him in several weeks due to her own selfish reasons, and her legal aid lawyer kicked us right in the balls and said if I didn’t sign their agreement then I would not be seeing my son for a long time! I feel he was taken advantage of by a more experienced legal aid lawyer who utilizes dirty tactics. I like this guy, cool dude, caring, but still new to the game and I’m happy to be the first to review. He’s by no means a horrible lawyer , a super cool and nice guy for sure. Just too nice for certain aspects of legal battle. I wouldn’t advise against taking him on, just needs to be more aggressive in my opinion. And hopefully learned from this mistake. Good guy like I said. Apparently you win some and lose some 🤷🏽♂️.
