Profound unethical conduct
This lawyer may be handsome, but acts as if he lacks a respect for standards of professional ethics and a respect for human life. He used his own secretary to endorse a client motion and made disruptive contacts with family members in a manner that destroyed our family. His actions caused the premature death of one family member as a result of his perpetuation of conditions of abuse, and acted in a manner which undermined the efforts of Justice Patrick Smith, Justice MacLoed and Justice Beaudoin who all sought to protection the affirmation of human rights and equity. In my personal opinion, Mr Summers ought not to be practicing law; and especially Family Law.
Professional and reasonable
John represented me when my spouse reopened our separation agreement on largely spurious grounds. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of family law and did a good job representing my interests for what I thought was a reasonable fee.
