Be cautious
I hired Roseanne to help me with my case against my ex. I was the primary caregiver for my kids since birth and arranged every appointment for them and always took them on my own everywhere. Even travelling. I did not want Joint Custody as I was in a very unhealthy relationship and could not co parent. He was and still is very manipulative and controlling. I settled out of trial as she recommended, but with my ex getting joint custody and a lot of time with the kids and I even requested smooth transitions where I just picked up the kids from school and she did not put this in for me. I requested to have it changed and she said I would have to go to trial and it would cost me an additional $20000. I was so confused because I had retained her for a reason and did not get what I wanted. I do not recommend.
