Strategy and Execution
Bobbi listened to my situation when my previous lawyer was forced to remove herself from my case due to family reasons. Unfortunately for me it was at a critical time and very anxiety provoking, however, quickly and impressively Bobbi knew what was going on and quickly implemented a different strategy that the other side did not respond well with and the Judge appeared disturbed at the lack of empathy and acknowledgment of progress and apparent dismissal of success with court ordered actions and also with evidence submitted by Medical Professionals on my behalf. The Judge made clear some of the other side comments did not bode well or look favourable. I believe her actions in amplifying evidence at the settle conference saved me from having to bring a motion for access. Amazing work and in short order. So impressed!
