Pompous, self-serving and ineffective
This lawyer and his assistants will try everything get you to want to go to trial including misrepresenting your chances or omitting information, will discourage settlement, will aggravate the opposing counsel making cooperation unlikely, and will become belligerent towards their client if they push for settlement or want to agree to settlement. If you manage to convince him that you want to sign the settlement, which will take months and tens of thousands of dollars out of your pocket, be prepared for him to stop being interested in your case, and stop working to negotiate any further with the opposing counsel. Stay away. The whole "justice for fathers" is a hook. Useful only if you want to read pompous material composed on your buck, which will be completely disregarded by any judge.
