Very unsatisfactory experience

make sure to inquire about fees and don't accept a reply such as ' it depends how much time it takes ', which is self evident. Unfortunately the client has no control over the number of hours billed. Supposedly lawyers have a mandate to "keep costs under control", but that is frequently not the case.
